Airtel Lie to a customer

 

I had some billing problem to my old Airtel(+919940637760) number. I called and mailed them, but I am not satisfied with their response. So I switched to another service. But I gave my alternate Land line number to reach me. But they never called to that number. But they got my new number from my friend and one of ref(+919841426666) is called me.

Airtel : Sir you have to pay the bills.
me : OK, but how did you get this number.
Airtel : got it from your friend.
me: How did you get my friend number.
Airtel: It is your alternate number sir.

Wondering, I know him only two years ago. But I am using my airtel more than 5 years. And I never gave his number as an alternate number. I am sure they must get it from my previous call records.

I don’t bother, if he said, we get the number from your call records. But why he lied.

I was ready to pay if they explain with proper reason, But now, I lost the trust in Airtel now.They are lazy(in service) and liers.
